Compressor Valves

We design and manufacture high-efficiency intake, exhaust, and concentric valves for gas and air compressors. Built in stainless steel and special alloys, they ensure reliable operation at high and low pressure. The valves incorporate surface treatments that increase wear resistance, reduce friction and contribute to extending the service life of the components.
Rod Seals
Packings and Seals
We manufacture packing rings and sealing systems for reciprocating compressor rods. They include scrapers and tangential and radial packings, designed to ensure correct tightness and reliable operation under pressure. Manufactured in materials such as Babbitt, bronze and PTFE/graphite compounds, selected according to the pressure, temperature and operating regime conditions of each unit.
Piston Rings
Guide and Compression
Reciprocating compressors use two main types of rings: guide and compression. The guide ring keeps the piston correctly aligned inside the cylinder, ensuring stable and rectilinear displacement. Compression rings ensure chamber tightness during the piston stroke. Depending on the working pressure, compressors can operate in two, three or more compression stages, progressively reducing the gas volume for efficient compression.
Bronze Unloader Piston
Load Control by Pneumatic Actuation
Component designed for the mechanical opening of intake valves in gas and air compressors. Transmits the movement generated by a single-acting pneumatic cylinder, allowing the modulation of the compressor's operating capacity. Its optimized geometry in anti-friction bronze ensures smooth and dynamic actuation, with high durability under high cycling frequencies and precise fit for the Piston–Valve Opener–Valve assembly.
